Delete Your Account

For security, Houum accounts are not deleted directly by residents from the app. Instead, you request deletion and an administrator removes your access and processes the request. You can request it in either of these ways:

• In the app: open the Houum app → More → Request account deletion.
• By email: write to privacy@houum.com from your registered address with the subject “Account deletion request”.

• An administrator removes your access to the app.
• Your personal data (name, email, phone, profile photo, in-app messages, vehicles, authorized persons, emergency contacts, and push tokens) is removed or anonymized.

For legal and accounting reasons we retain financial and transaction records (such as invoices and payments) for the period required by law. Where possible these are kept in a form that is no longer linked to your personal profile.

We verify your request and process it within 30 days, except for records we are legally required to retain.
